LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY<\/span><\/p>

The Daphe shop products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship that fail to operate for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, except for certain limitations noted below.<\/span><\/p>

Covered:<\/span><\/p>

Internal mechanisms, for the life of the product<\/span><\/p>

Components and brackets, for the life of the product<\/p>

Operational cords and chains, for 5 years from the original installation date<\/p>

<\/p>

Motorization components, for 3 years from the original installation date.<\/p>


<\/p>

Not Covered:<\/span><\/p>

Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, including fraying and stretching<\/span><\/p>

Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents, or relocations of product<\/p>

Exposure to the elements (sun, wind, water\/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time<\/p>

Normal variation in material color, dye lots, grain, and texture, and imperfections inherent to natural products (such as slight bowing of wood products)<\/p>

Failure to follow our instructions on proper installation, care, cleaning, or maintenance<\/p>

Normal maintenance associated with motors and related accessories including, but not limited to, recharging and replacement of batteries<\/p>

Shipping costs.<\/p>

Third-party interference (includes any condition or damage resulting from measurement, installation, removal, relocation, alteration, repair, or reinstallation of the product by anyone )<\/p>

Matching & Repaired Items:<\/span><\/p>

Due to the custom nature of our products, should a product need to be replaced, we will do our best to match the original product as closely as possible, but exact matching cannot be guaranteed.<\/span><\/p>

Repairs and replacements will be made with like or similar parts.<\/p>

If there are multiple products in the same room, only the defective product will be repaired or replaced.<\/p>

Replaced or repaired products are warranted for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period, or 30 days, whichever is longer.<\/p>

Returns & Refunds:<\/p>

Due to the custom nature of our products, The Darphe shop does not offer returns.<\/span><\/p>

Repairs and replacements will be made with like or similar parts.<\/p>

Your sole remedy under this Limited Warranty is for us to, at our option, repair or replace the defective product as described above.<\/p>

What if I measured incorrectly?<\/p>

If you find that your measurements are slightly off and your window treatment does not fit, we will work with you to find a solution. If your window treatment is too wide, we may be able to cut it down for you, and if not, you may be eligible for our \u201cReorder Discount.\u201d. See below for details.<\/p>

What if I just don\u2019t love what I ordered?<\/span><\/p>

We want you to love your window treatments. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if you end up not loving your new product, we can offer you a one-time \u201cReorder Discount\u201d of 40% off a replacement order, valid for 30 days after your original installation date. Discount is applied to the full price of the replacement product(s); the maximum discount may not exceed the original order value. No refunds on the original purchase.<\/p>"}}
